Meet the Team
Dr. Lillie Fisher, DMD
Dr. Lillie is a native of Huntsville, Alabama and attended Auburn University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences. She then went on to UAB School of Dentistry and graduated in 2018. Upon graduating Dr. Lillie began working in Aliceville before opening up Fisher Dental in July of 2023. She is very passionate about providing personalized care to her patients and proper education on oral health. Dr. Lillie loves to make her patients feel confident with their smiles while easing their anxiety about dental procedures. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin and their two fur babies, Poppy & Goose. If you’re lucky you may get to meet them when you come to your appointment!
Courtney O’Neal - Registered Dental Hygienist
Courtney is a Pickens County native. She graduated from Pickens Academy in 2015. She completed the Capstone dental assisting program in 2017. She graduated from the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program in 2025. For Courtney, meeting new people and creating genuine patient relationships is the best part of her job. However, transforming people’s confidence is a close second. She and her husband, Preston got married in June 2018. They have two daughters together. When she is not at work, you can find her spending time with her family, going to Starbucks, and jamming out to T-Swift.
Kaley Jones - Insurance Coordinator/Dental Assistant
Kaley is a native of Pickens County and a Gordo High School Alumna. She completed the Capstone Dental Assisting program in 2015 and has been working in dentistry since 2017 as an insurance coordinator and assisting when needed. Kaley has been with Fisher Dental since March of 2022. When Kaley is not working she spends her time with her husband, Drake, and their three children.
Kaylee Hollis - Scheduling Coordinator
Kaylee is a native of Carrolton, Al. She has been with Fisher Dental since July of 2024. She works as our scheduling coordinator. Kaylee is married and when she isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband, Brandon, traveling, and running their photography business.
Gracie Elmore - Dental Assistant
Gracie is a native of Gordo, Al. She has been assisting alongside Dr. Lillie with Fisher Dental since December of 2024. When Gracie is not working she is spending time with friends and family including her dachshund Brittney and cat Smidge. Fun fact about Gracie is she has a pet parakeet named Willow.
